i think it depends on their market capitalisation as well.. vallianz is a catalist, but report every quarter as it is quite big in cap (and is one of the biggest cap in catalist index).. libra has small market cap, so it reports every half year

so why believe? It all depends on the company that is offered isn' t it? Whether it' s listed first, or last, does it matter?

The industry is not really sunrise.
Property has had it' s ride up owing all, 100% to QE. And now QE has stopped. De leveraging is taking place.
Markets are trying to find their equilibrium.
This is all about demand and supply.
Question. Property will rise or fall?
LHN is a property play.
so do your sums.
This stock is badly oversold. It's historical PE is v attractive and hope they can do some analysts coverage
i think the positioning for LHN is kinda blur for investors. not really sure if we are to perceive it as a proxy to property developers or otherwise. while they own some property, they position themselves as quite an asset-light model if i am not wrong since they are like the master leasee. not really sure what the barriers of entry to their business operations are but by simply looking at its NTA is no clear indication for a compelling ' buy' call in my humble opinion.
also, given that LHN is Catalist-board, they will only announce half and full year results rather than 1Q like the mainboard counters.
Bro...goggle singapore ipo blog...he wrote quite a details.on this co....now i think this co is going announce 1q result...so black out period...(2weeks b4 result)..all mgt staff cannot.trade during this period...

Hi gentlemen and ladies, to be fair to LHN, it is a far far better company than GCCP. It is victimized by GCCP for robbing people. LHN PE is less than 4 times. It is grossly oversold. Not vested but I may pick up some tmr. GCCP? Short it really. It's worth 0.005! No joke. Go read the financials. I don't anyhow make such statements.
Not all the net profit last FY is attributed to fair value gains. The problem with this counter is that there is not much buying volume to support price. Many married trades today at various prices. I feel it is oversold. Just need buyers to come and push up prices to where it should rightfully be. NTA is 0.1417 according to UOBKH factsheet.
Dow Jones, Nikkei, Shanghai up so much. STi up nearly 20 points today and our LHN, a supposedly profitable newly listed IPO company tanked like no tomorrow. What an exchange we have.
