rutheone1905: Yes, I totally agreed with your rationale on a normal day but this is an exception .... The current share price is " attractive" enough from a fundamental viewpoint.......
Here are my justifications based on Q1 2012 :
1) The Company is still profitable as compared to other semi conductor companies which are in the red.
2) The Company has yet to recognized the compensation from the insurance company for the Thai Flood damages.
3) It is in a net current asset position
4) Cash Flow from Operations is san inflow... There are some companies that have a Cash Outflow from Operations e.g. Olam (if I m not mistakened)
5) Net asset value per Ordinary Shares is USD 0.46 which is higher than the share price.
6) Sales from Taiwan Subsidiary has increased for May . See

Mopped up few lots at 38.5 cents... Hope don't lose money..... Keep finger crossed....
ST Semiconductor Pte Ltd owns 83% of it......
Taken a look at the Q1 announcement, noticed that the share price is below the NAV value of USD 48 cents....
Time to stock up.
