It ok...think i will pick.up more at 11.50c...half price of.ipo and rip....lol

Most of the gains are based on fair value gain. So during a market downturn, it will become fair value loss too. My own opinion ...

Think better not touch yet, becos buying support is not strong. Only consider if price drop below NTA of around 12 cents (if i am not wrong)

This company has not been doing well. Many people have been sacked. They are trying too hard to do many things but failed quite badly. The whole LHN group, they are in to properties, logistics, carpark, F& B, etc. Their Parco Cafe has already closed down and Alkaff mansion is trying to stay afloat. The wife of the director is a china lady. Very bossy one and trying to run the operations of Alkaff. Be very careful of this counter. To be honest, don' t think they can fight with the big players of the respective area they are into.

 

15c still above NAV, such biz no economic moat one leh.

Didnt understand why still list on sgx, will be shorted till .001 then con may be 5to 1 then short again and many more sad investor (those who subscribe to ipo)!!

IPO are very risky in SG..............how come no support at all...drop non-stop

 

last time got 1 person say if 0.19 he will buy more... i hope that person had cut loss

Really lousy stock, same like gccp just listed and drop more than 30%
