People need to realise the 330b USD China gov budget to spend for water treatment projects in a 5-year span since 2014.

If u check the short sell list, this counter been short sales for 10% of allowable short sales. They would need to close the position once they know that they cant push down this counter.

I believe this counter can move up.

it is really better than citic environmental to me as it got large construction revenue.

 

bro this is what we call accumulation and this can be for a long period. so hang on...yeah it sucks but thats the market.

Go go go, out of the three wastewater treatment company,

China Everbright is in the best position. With strong construction income.

Citic Environmental got strong background  but unexpected poor performance, while SIIC dont have a strong background.

CEW has delivered a good set of performance results this year. For 1H17, CEW has attained an EPS of HK$0.098 (or S$0.017).  If it continues with this performance (which I truly believe it will), then we will see a full-year EPS of S$0.034 ~ S$0.036 or more with a moderate increase in debt (moving from 0.49 to 0.55 debt-to-equity), being in a capital-intensive industry.  I like the first issue of 1 billion RMB Panda bond at 4.55% coupon rate (doesn' t look to be hefty). And CEW has a stream of projects garnered this year. I expect the share price to move towards between 51 and 65 cents a share (i.e. PE ratio of 15 and 18) sometime later this year.

Everbright Water Secures Jiangyin Chengxi Waste Water Treatment Project Phase III 

According to the supplemental agreement, the Jiangyin Chengxi Project Phase III will be invested in, constructed and operated based on the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, with a total investment of approximately RMB161 million (including a 5.6 kilometre waste water pipeline network and a pump station). The project has a concession period of 30 years and a daily designed treatment capacity of 30,000m3 . Its service area includes the Shengang, Ligang and Xiagang areas in the Lingang Development Zone. The treated water from the Jiangyin Chengxi Project will comply with the national Grade 1A standard according to the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918- 2002). Upon completion of the construction, the total daily treatment capacity of the Company&rsquo s waste water treatment projects in Jiangyin will increase to 220,000m3 . 

In addition, Everbright Water signed an investment cooperation agreement with the management committee of Lingang Development Zone. Pursuant to this agreement, the Company will increase investment in the Lingang Development Zone to address its water environment management needs and further support the development zone&rsquo s growth. It keep on up and down within the range about 0.50.

I had hold it for about 6 months already.

Recent Citic Environment result not ok, i also worry for this.

 

Slow and not steady....been dead and quiet for over 2 months already..
