NAVs are easily misrepresented. A lot of asset-light solution provider companies have very low NAVs too. A lot of fraudulant companies have very high NAVs. So how then do you decide?

I understand your concerns but a lot of times, by the time the results are confirmed, the prices have already ran up few hundred percent. Do you want to buy in then?

dav781      ( Date: 22-Jun-2017 11:24) Posted:

Like I said many times, Chasen has a NAV per share of 18 cents, but LC only 2.68 cents.

As you mentioned, must be good contracts from good clients. What makes you so confident that the 170+m order book are good contracts and good cilents?

Anyway, LC went into trouble in the past because they hads problem executing their projects well, projetct over-run, extra costs etc. They used to have $200m order book, but still went into restructuring. They have not proven themselves on this part.

LC does not many more assets to sell to bail themselves out if they mess up again this time.

I am waiting for LC to prove itself with its results, not just an annoucement of $51m contracts

If LC has restructured all their debts and have no on-going concern going forward, and has secured good contracts from good clients in the pipeline, then it is undervalued at current price levels.

And yes I think they are a turnaround story and will trend up again like chasen.

Ley choon relative strength is extremely high based on indicator. Now just cleared 47 again. No offence but not sure why you like to short strong counters?

Just be clearer. I am not cursing anyone who is vested.

I am just warning other small time investors from chasing up and falling into the trap set up by those that created the fake queues. If those in the queues are so bullish, they should either buy up themselves or not disappear every time people sell down.

Pls take note.

And even if LC becomes an all-star like Chasen, 12 consecutive days of green or break-even?

I know market not rational, but still.......

I leave this to your own conclusion :-)

I am not sure when the BBs are sick of playing with LC and let go. Beware of falling knife.

My thoughts.

dav781      ( Date: 22-Jun-2017 10:54) Posted:

Somehow my gut feel is that the BBs are not interested in accumulating, but pushing up the price only.

Because whenever someone starts selling, the queues start to disappear. This is true for almost every level.

I am worried that small investors are trapped in this game. The BBs create false buy queues and the small retailers go in blindly to help push up prices. The BBs are holding on to this stock from a much lower price and they just want to see how high they can push.

NEVER CHASE UP, especially after 12 days.

pool100      ( Date: 22-Jun-2017 10:47) Posted:

Ley Choon is being accumulated at this level by the BBs. A lot of retailers sold down between 45-47 these few days but it' s still being held up by the BBs. Probably accumulating for a big push later.

Indeed.

But BBs also want some retracement to help them accumulate at a lower price. Honestly, 12 consecutive days of all green or break-even?

I don' t think LC is such an all star at the moment.

We cannot expect Ley Choon to have 12 consecutive days of increase or break-even, right?

Even all star stocks like Chasen have days in red in between.

I am talking about common sense now. But again, I might be wrong.

Don' t be taken by the fake queues. Disappear immediately when people sell. I worry for those small time investors chasing up.
