Dividend will continue to be cut. Same for all Reits as interest costs increased.

was trading 39.5/40 for a while today.
 
what is the bad news?
Lippo Mall at fair value now but moving sideway.

I think under performance is due to depreciation of Indonesian currency which directly affects the DPU when converted into SGD.

Is all the properties in this trust have very very short lease???
If not wrong the longest lease is only till 2039, and the shortest lease expiry  is coming soon at 2017.
Apart from currencies/other factors, is this one of the factor that explain why the lacklustre performance of this stock compared to peer S-Reits??
Any experts or seniors want to add in your views and opinions?
