Chasen CEO/CFO and TCL need to get their brains check if they have.

You pay $0.05 for the rights to get 2 warrants free and if you convert them you pay another $0.05 ($0.025 + $0.025) SO YOU PAY $ 0.10 to get 2 chasen shares. And to insult you further they already tell you ' theoretical ex-rights price of $0.0673' and also VERY GOOD DISCOUNTS.

Look at their rights.warrants history ---- share price go lower and lower and ...

I know they will tell you NOT TO WORRY got many projects coming share price will go up so $0.025 very cheap. They say the same for the conversion of $0.30 wrts and $0.12 wrts.

DON' T SUBSCRIBE THIS ONE, unless you want to give tithes like the CHC generous believer. Oh what happen to the $10 million they raised not too long ago ? LA KOPI till disappear ?

One of the most  painful share i have lost.

In year 2008, share consolidation 100 shares into 1 share.

Already sold off to buy toilet paper earlier this year!

This CEO and management is a joke. They reward themselves with shares for good performance ( share price from 50 cts to 9 cents ).

They don' t work hard and try, hope, pray  to raise funds through warrants (30 cts gone now 12 cts going going ... good -- pray hard). And they  hope retail investors will subscribe their warrants when the share price are underwater.  No common sense, they think their miniscule dividend will support their share price.

This is not a start-up or technology stock.

catch no ball why the  boss is playing with fire to  issue so many toxic call options, so  better just ignore or sell into strength if you are holding
