All these suspension is unfair to shareholders!

I&rsquo m sure all of you have seen all the news and announcement make by the CEO and the company.
Hereby I&rsquo m the employee, of the company and shareholder would like to voice out and hope other Minority shareholder and investor can stand up and defend our right and money.
This CEO Mr. Lee never involve in any operation since the day 1, I joined the company (I have been with this company more than 10 years, I' m purchasing the company share see a good vision who leads MR Richie), Mr Lee only comes to the office one a while, mostly talking how to plant the tree and flower only.
Mr Richie grows the company very good in this 5/6 year. Develop new product and new investment.
I did get info from my Malaysia Colleagues saying currently the Malaysia group is led by MR Phang with guide by Mr Richie the sales now are grown high sky and order are lining up till next year March, and keep coming. Malaysia group all in organizes and doing very well, no like SG here lots of staff have resigned due to the unstable status create by Mr Lee.
I really can&rsquo t figure out why Mr Lee keep planning to remove Mr Richie out of the office without reason, with all cost may cause the company delist.
The only thing I can foresee is Mr Lee has a personal agenda like selling the company and CASH out for himself.
So I urge all shareholders to think wisely, don&rsquo t let this kind no responsible person take over the company and burn our money. Mr Lee should vote out from the board too.
If this Lee removes out Mr Richie sure he will remove other senior staff like last time and will make chaos in the group.
Now all of us is suffering from the covid, we hope the company share lifts up from the suspend and grow up.

I think suspend trading is to reframe shareholder from dumping.. This is a clever act from Er.
Er resign from CFM to focus on this battle. I am with him.

yea i understand, what i mean is if wanna delist, dont need to reject the directors that lee proposed. CSI them and dig their black history out.

don' t know why ecowise has come to this state. what if they purposely stage this so that they can exit without an offer? lol
exit offers, money pay to bond holders first, than preferential share holders, last to receive the cheque is shareholders.

What is the effect of Ecowise de-list on the existing people holding the shares?
Ecowise facing delisted as no news sponsor have been appointed and both maybe not want to be !
What's going to happen ?
Like a 50/50 delisting chances that could happen ?
They really so thick skin until they dont care what the public thinks liao
