Dukang Distillers’ net profit for 2Q2013 (October – December 2012) jumps 52.5% yoy to RMB144.0 million
Sales up 36.7% yoy to RMB738.3 million on higher sales volume for products across all brands
Gross profit margin improved from 37.9% to 39.6% on higher pricing of「 Dukang」 brand products and better sales mix
Completion of internal restructuring set to achieve better cost efficiency and improve margins

中 國 白 酒 大 廠 杜 康 控 股 (911616-TW)宣 布 出 售 河 南 四 五 全 部 及 其 母 公 司 祥 龍 國 際 控 股 (祥 龍 香 港 )股 份 ， 以 每 股 面 值 1港 元 的 普 通 股 10000股 給 予 Excel Glow控 股 ， 金 額 達 5500萬 元 人 民 幣 (約 2.75億 元 新 台 幣 )。 杜 康 表 示 ， 集 團 已 完 成 內 部 組 織 重 整 ， 順 利 整 合 了 各 主 要 子 公 司 的 業 務 與 營 運 ， 並 已 將 「 四 五 」 白 酒 產 品 生 產 線 從 河 南 省 周 口 市 河 南 四 五 生 產 基 地 ， 遷 移 至 集 團 位 於 河 南 省 洛 陽 市 之 「 杜 康 」 白 酒 生 產 基 地 ， 至 此 河 南 四 五 已 完 全 停 止 其 業 務 與 營 運 ， 因 此 才 決 議 出 脫 所 有 股 權 。
杜 康 指 出 ， 這 筆 處 分 交 易 由 杜 康 控 股 旗 下 全 資 子 公 司 海 志 國 際 ， 與 第 三 方 買 家 Excel Glow控 股 簽 訂 股 權 轉 讓 協 議 ， 出 售 祥 龍 香 港 全 部 已 發 行 股 本 ， 每 股 面 值 1.00港 元 之 普 通 股 10000股 ， 總 交 易 金 額 為 5500萬 元 人 民 幣 (約 2.75億 元 新 台 幣 )。 其 中 交 易 金 額 50%在 簽 訂 轉 讓 協 議 後 15個 工 作 日 內 以 電 匯 方 式 全 額 付 清 ， 剩 餘 50%交 易 金 額 現 金 在 交 易 轉 讓 協 議 完 成 後 15個 交 易 日 以 電 匯 方 式 全 額 付 清 。
杜 康 強 調 ， 去 年 底 宣 布 進 行 內 部 組 織 重 整 以 全 力 整 合 各 子 公 司 的 業 務 及 營 運 ， 包 括 河 南 祥 龍 四 五 酒 業 (河 南 四 五 )、 洛 陽 杜 康 控 股 及 其 子 公 司 等 。 主 要 係 為 了 更 有 效 利 用 集 團 資 源 、 期 許 達 到 更 佳 成 本 效 率 與 經 濟 規 模 、 提 高 白 酒 產 能 。
此 次 組 織 重 整 計 畫 最 主 要 的 項 目 ， 把 部 份 為 「 四 五 」 白 酒 產 品 生 產 線 從 河 南 省 周 口 市 河 南 四 五 生 產 基 地 ， 遷 移 至 集 團 位 於 河 南 省 洛 陽 市 「 杜 康 」 白 酒 生 產 基 地 。 「 四 五 」 白 酒 從 周 口 市 遷 出 ， 是 考 量 四 五 白 酒 在 河 南 省 周 口 市 現 址 產 能 有 限 ， 加 上 原 廠 位 處 市 區 、 營 運 成 本 較 高 。
組 織 重 整 後 ， 河 南 四 五 已 完 全 停 止 其 業 務 與 營 運 。 河 南 省 周 口 市 之 「 四 五 」 白 酒 產 品 生 產 已 全 部 轉 移 至 集 團 位 於 河 南 省 洛 陽 市 生 產 基 地 。 目 前 河 南 四 五 也 已 將 其 原 物 料 庫 存 ， 白 酒 產 品 半 成 品 ， 應 收 帳 款 等 轉 予 汝 陽 杜 康 。 此 外 ， 並 將 其 44個 註 冊 商 標 與 裝 瓶 白 酒 庫 存 讓 予 集 團 旗 下 之 河 南 四 五 公 司 。

50-50 chance, it doesn't sound that bad after all.
However, the increasing volume these over the last few days tells something different - ppl's increasing appetite / confidence over this counter.
Ride it while it lasts. :)

Looks to me it's forming the other end of a 'cup' formation - hopefully, it still has one more breath to go before it forms a 'handle'. With the next China Premier takeover, this counter may have upside potential in the near term from November. Keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Close at 0.35, not bad. I jumped in at 0.32 & out at 0.35. Good luck if you are still holding!
