SWEE Hong Limited said it has agreed to sell the rights, benefits, obligations and liabilities arising from constructing, operating and managing a foreign workers' dormitory, known as North Coast Lodge, to private equity firm Crest Capital Asia for S$30 million.
This is same as though a company sold off every single thing and still owe 15.4 million to creditors.
So how much does the share worth??? or worth less???
It cited the group's incurred gross loss of S$6 million and net loss of S$20 million for the financial year ended June 2014, and the fact that its liabilities exceeded its assets by S$15.4 million.
