U answer well .
​ I dont see why they shld ask for more conditions than the CHINESE gp . Further settlement till 14th Apr is a long time.
​ IF ( only IF ) the US gp offer a higher bid ( even same condition ) BUT an earlier completion date ( say Jan/Feb) ....this wld be an advantage.
Haha....we are allow to dream.

The extreme scenario cld be having owned more than 25% of shares, they may propose a higher bid price after XD. At that point in time, the chinese has no choice but to match / increase bid offer, and everyone gains. However, any proposal offered by the americans will have more conditions than the chinese. This evolving saga is looking like those korean corporate drama series with multiple corporate wolves wrangling for control over a lucrative business empire. 

 

It should be the chinese buying? Why america buying sia? I mean they will save millions of dollar if the chinese buy more now.

The BoA/ML gp reports aro 15% .  I am sure Warburgs hold some % too ( ?)
