I agree with you in this point. I also think that the big company may see some potential growth of EMAS, otherwise, why have they paid EZRA for such higher price to buy the shares. Are the two big companies foolish?

If look from another angle.....why NKY over paid for such stake? Knowing the Japanese, they don't suffer fool easily and kindly esp such a big company. They must see some value in Emas to take a 25% stake at premium price, too. Still whoever lead the deal must be respected for his ability to pull it off.

Made sense meh?? Why don't they buy in SG market for less than 10c. Actual price is even less than 8c.....now sitting in coma at 7.6c. Power....whoever conned NKY to pay so much for the stake is a genius salesman, he really earned his salary. He is wasting his time at Ezra....he should look around for cheap cheap crap stock to do a turnaround! He will be a genius turnaround artist lol. Eg LionGold....I'll support such person for sure!

Now Ezra has only 40% shares in EMAS and two Japan companies have 60% shares in EMAS. Maybe, EMAS will be better for future development.
