Correction, Ezra holdings and jit sun investment are two different entities. Jit sun investment is a investment holdings company opened by Lee Kian soo, LL' s Father. It has nothing to do with Ezra. Thus definitely LL and his Father would not risk this company to save a sinking ship. From the time they setup the New York office, they hv prepare to file for bankruptcy. Lion King is too embitious in expanding till loan so much n thus the downfall of this EzrA

They have already finished using this " business vehicle" to suck up all the money they need to retire in super luxourious lifestyle. Both BB and retailers are trapped
This is what DBS told me yesterday Sheerluck, interestingly I' d been asking them for weeks if Ezra was going to file. As I knew, and I' m sure they knew too.

Wahoo 700 million SDG dollar? I can not image that huge amount put in. Even if I have 7 million sdg dollar also hard for me to put in all.

Emas is suspended in Oslo and here. No money to operate vessels. Most of ships are on leaseback at high rates. High debt from local banks. Guarantees offered by Ezra. Almost bankrupt. Very soon all their ships will go offhire and that will be last nail in the coffin. The stock will never come back for trading for all Ezra Group companies except for Triyards which is now in banks hands.
EMAS Offshore disclosed that it might be negatively impacted by parent Ezra&rsquo s Chapter 11 filing. As at 30 Nov, EMAS has US$566m loans owing to banks, of which US$242m/US$193m are fully/jointly guaranteed or secured by Ezra. Aside, EMAS also has US$177m of charter-party agreements that are either fully or jointly guaranteed by Ezra. In turn, EMAS owes US$170m to Ezra, of which US$125m was subject to deferred payment over a period of three years.

U can always recover from other stocks....
There are sectors that are going to be the future....Oil & Gas is in downtrend....lithium sector is growing and this is the only begining....
Please look at Apple trade only 10s in early 2000 and it shoot up to 700 :) and split...
There are certain stocks that will rocket higher... and higher....
Theres still hope :)

Ok let me spoon feed u guys 1 last time....
Why sector will consolidate...
1) oil price was high in 2011 to 2014.... means oil producer make money... contractors such as ezra that provide services can make money...
2) oil price went down as economy dampen and alternative energy took hold.... contractors such as ezra beginning to feel pain in 2014 as oil producer cut back spending...therefore use to be regulars become once a while or even decided not to use ezra anymore...
3) oil demand went down becos economy and alternative energy especially with the electric vehicle that is popping out all over the world...
I see no reason why ezra can survive ... really... |

Already trading halt so many time. Investor should stay away from this counter which many guys had warned
Investing carries risks. You can' t blame them for causing you lose money. It is your own greed to make you lose money. Banks already have saving deposit account which enables you to earn risk-free interest. But over the time you are greedy. You all are competing to be greedier. Somehow you are proud to be the greediest person. Therefore banks competing each others and must find a way to seduce you to invest. Now you lose money. You have no one to blame, but yourself.
