there should be no objection as this debt restructing/debt conversion is to wipe the various loans A33 has taken from Wintercrest. if you study all those bombed out counters all are so desperate for $$$$ which banks no longer lend, the only way is to issue below market prices new shares for the asset management funds/private equity funds/etc to satisfy repayment upon maturity. Remember the classic L& M where L& M kept issuing shares to their creditors (banks, suppliers, etc) for them to sell off in the market. Remember Van Der Horst? We had Peter Lim before but this time it is all these ' asset management funds' . Only hope for all these counters is after the death spiral new shares selling pressure is over will lead to injection of new assets. ISR Cap formerly Asiasons saw new people with the very experienced PRC man. You hope it happens to A33 and it will be another round of long long long term wait. I already write off my loss of over $1k.
Any chances that the shareholder object the offer during the EGM? Wintercrest should come out with the better offer for the shares holder. Afterall Wintercrest is the biggest creditor. What do they benifit if Blumont Bk.
lookind at daily' s volume it looks like those who got in at 0.004 will be long term investors until share consolidation to 0.20 ( 50 into 1). dead spiral debt converstion new shares of over 23m new shares at 0.00088 means more downward pressure after egm. many counters with death spiral shares exercise are subject to heavy selling pressure. your only hope is injection of new biz (eg isr capital) with change of management. please attend egm and ask whether wintercrest will jump ship or not. i already write off loss of over $1k.

now only cost 200k to buty 50m shares..an easily scoop up if one loaded with excess..lost only limited to this amt.
