but with record profits likely to be announced in around 2 months time and record dividends likely, wouldn' t that be a possible catalyst for a further move up?  the company has also secured a decent landbank with joint venture partner sunway for the longer term earnings picture beyond February 2026.

I used to own this stock and sold  all with a small profit after holding for a few years. Mostly from dividends collected at about 3% yield with some capitial appreciation.
A boring stock with limited analyst coverage despite trading at substantial discount to its NAV. 
When I saw today' s price at 46 cents, already not bad liao considering that it used to trade between 30 and 40 cents for long periods.

Plum Newton site garners 8 bids, topped by HH Investment at S$566.29 million or S$1,820 psf ppr
The top bid is higher than the S$1,300 to S$1,600 psf ppr predicted by analysts polled by The Business Times

Some info. from TA Securities on Sunway' s combined Chuan Grove sites (SingHoldings is the Joint Venture partners holding 65% shares for the sites).
Separately, property consultants project that selling prices for a combined Chuan Grove development could average SGD2,900&ndash 3,000 psf at launch. Based on this, we estimate a potential combined GDV of SGD2.6&ndash 2.8bn (RM9.3&ndash 9.6bn), positioning the JV&rsquo s Chuan Grove as one of the largest upcoming residential launches in Serangoon, with strong competitiveness and buyer appeal.
