Based on 105% of last 5 days' average, the company can conduct share buybacks up to $0.08295
Their last purchase was 3 mil shares @ $0.077.
Anything within that range is not worth shorting.
Better to buy on weakness (of course company can also choose when to do their share buybacks.)

Total of 5.5 mil shares have been removed from the market.
Based on latest last 5 days' average of $0.0762, company can buy back up to $0.080 (105%) next Monday.

Last 5 days average closing prices (0.077+0.076+0.074+0.071+0.066)/5 = $0.0728
105% x $0.0728 = $0.07644
For share buy back company cannot buy higher than > 105% of last 5 days' avg which is $0.07644
If today close at $0.077, the the last 5 days' avg will be $0.075 which means company can buy up to 1.05x$0.075= $0.07875 tomorrow.
Of course they can choose not to buy. |
