Its ok because you dont know him and you dont know what is going on.
And nobody helps him because he sold low
when he see the price rebound up again to 11, probably he wont care too because he himself has debts to pay off so thats why he so deperate and urgent
Take ur own risk..of course a lot ppl over hard sell will make ur mind change ur decision..but after decision make then good luck

There appears to have a block sell order at $0.006 earlier. But it seems to have completed.
