Only thing Certain about Stock market is Uncertainty

 

closed at $4 and last traded price forever at $4 .. history to Capitaland.. and looking forward to a new chapter CLI :)  Considering the market sentiment, it did not close below $4, well done.

Cannot la... it is affected badly by the spiral down performance of CICT as with other REITS these few days.
Instead of the usual $0.33 to $0.35   for the CICT component, shareholders will be expecting only 0.30 to. 0.31 at current or today price.
but more so, they actually fear going forward, by the time, they are able to trade this stock, it may weaken further.

fear is a terrible thing.
