One main worry for Rotary is that the Malaysia RAPID project seems like nothing is happening. DBS said Rotary has not heard anything from RAPID.
At the rate it is drifting down day after day, I think we might have a chance to pick up some cheap shares at 68 cts.
Big sellers have been hitting the bids hard last few days.
Share price near 50 days MA. think might rebound soon.
I think seller is aiming at bid qty 226,000 at 77
