I suspect because of the magnitude of the news, the immediate stakeholders (e.g. business associates, relevant departments, etc.) have now been informed already. This prevents them from doing any insider trading before the news is made public.

Very likely actually. If it is significant news, there should be enough time for the news to settle in and market to react. That' s what the trading halt is for.

I am thinking of cut loss but the past few financial report are positive. I think the next half year report in Feb 2022 will be positive.
I will monitor the price for awhile. If really drop till 0.035, I have no choice but to cut loss.
