Safer to add when the next q reporting... meanwhile for those still holding ... just swallow the 15c first...good luck...

After the sale of its PS and first ever loss, I feels its fundamental becomes questionable.   NeraTel used to be a very good div counter becos of its stable business income.   Now things seems differents.   Somemore long-serving CEO retired liao.

Once xD the picture might not be very   nice.   DYDD.

Now that the special div is declared at 15cts and nto 20cts, based on speculation, the range should be now 

53cts + 15cts = 68cts (low) to 62cts + 15cts = 77cts (high).

Since it reported first ever losses and US Presidential election throws in uncertainty, likely to stay near low.

I believe the first time outsiders heard about the disposal is during AGM.  Price shoot up from 62cts to 67cts.  When Nera officially announced the news, price was stagnanted at about 70cts.  Prior to this the recent low was 53cts on 7 Apr.

If you believe it takes from time for deal to be set up, then 7 Apr might be when some tentative agreement was struck then 53cts + 20cts is about 73cts.

If you believe it all started from AGM then 62cts + 20cts is about 82cts.

Analysts said TP 80cts.  As usual, they quote the better price beos they geniunely(?) wants you to make money.

Three factors.

1) Market may be expecting 20cts.

2) First ever loss after excluding exceptional gain.

3) US election.

Pick up after DT wins maybe a better bet.
