ok that' s possible too. I din' t observe that sell q buildup whether it was in big chunks or in smaller quantities. That would have given the clue.

It seems like some investors got tricked in buying at 4.2 cents and trying to get out at 4.3 or 4.4 cents.
They will cut loss if this drags on. And LC might go down.

that' s a possibility. but base human responses to such " tricks" don' t really change with time. Otherwise they would not have worked long ago. anyway thks for the thought.

The Operators knows all the tricks. This pattern looks like something they know we (retailers) know/learn some years back. IMHO

After a good 2 weeks for LC where its share price shot up almost 50 percent from 2.7 cents to 4 cents, time to do a review of this stock.
1. NAV per share is 2.68 cents. At 4 cents now, the share is trading at 1.5x NAV, rather high for a company that just came out of restructuring and yet to really prove itself.
2. It did report net profit of $17.8m in the last FY, but out of this amt, $17.8m came from one-off asset sales due to the restructuring. Therefore, net profit is actually ZERO last FY.
3. I was willing to invest in LC at 2.8 cents 2 weeks ago because of its potential. PUB is going to lay a lot of pipes in the next 2 to 3 years and LC is the expert. However, with no positive announcement recently, and the share price shot by 50 percent in less than 2 weeks for no reason, I decide to take profits and exit LC. Maybe I was lucky to meet with the BBs :-)
4. LC is now attracting short-sellers. 3 million share short-sell in each of the last 2 trading days. Expect this number to go up if LC goes above 4 cents.
5. Vol is coming down yesterday to 28 mil yesterday, from 60 mil and 100 mil in the previous 2 days. Out of these 28 mil, 3 mil are short-sell. Once vol drop, share price might not sustain.
6. Resistance at the peak is forming. The day before, it hit its peak at 4.4/4.3 cents and yesterday, the peak was 4.2/4.1 cents. See the downward trend? Buyers are no longer willing to push up.
7. Looking at the recent price movements of LC, it does have a record of moving up fast and coming down fast. This is what makes the recent price increase scary.
8. Without any positive announcements from LC next week, I worry for its share price. I might even short the share, though I don' t usually short. Trade with care. For bros still vested, take profits.

But now bid @ 0.042 and ask at 0.043 (vol 14 million)...starting to regret my earlier divestment. Now left with half the holdings. LOL
