Seatrium everyday being heavily short sell

Dont think Seatrium can pay dividends for many years. It is in quite a huge negative retained earnings position (S$2.2b). Unlikely to have any dividends for the next 3 years.

As for the proposed DPA, the company will likely be required to pay a financial penalty of US$110 million. This is a settlement under which the prosecution agrees to defer criminal charges against a corporate offender, in exchange for the corporation?s agreement to comply with various conditions, such as admission of wrongdoing, payment of financial penalties, and implementation of corporate reform.

surely this kind of bribe offer have gotten green light from the top brass. the bribes in millions and not some brompton bicycles.

These charges are from 2009 - 2014 seriously ?? Now in 2014 they want to bring this up ?

With the level of short selling seatrium has seen in the past 2 weeks alone, Any major good news will see an Immediate short squeeze. On the other hand if this halt is to throw more things into the sink, we are in for a mainly painful few weeks.
