ascendas is a good defensive stock in times of market sell down, reasons is its 6%+ dividend and good fundamental, investors may tend to let go other blue chips and find save haven in reits

this is one of the best blue chip with more than 6% dividend, guess lots of retail and institutional investors switch to this stock given into consideration all other sectors outlook like bank is not clear
his stock has been trading range bound for the past 16 months between 2.55 to 2.8 level, anything below 2.60 is a good opportunity to buy

, slowly otw back to 2.70 level
