2. Mega contract wins? Maybe
3. Strategic acquisition of and by? Maybe
4. Financial numbers restatement? Unlikely
5. TH selling off market to other big players? Unlikely cos this is a strategic pie
6. Consolidation plan cancelled? Maybe but not warrant a halt
7. Rights issue? Not likely at least not for now
8. What else?

Seems Seatrium needs to start reporting a profit and small dividend to change the tides... enough promises and talk.... show us the results and show us the money haha.
