About 61% (2 x 98.8m shares) of the Triyards shares are held by DBS and OCBC under collateral by Ezra. Triyards is a profitable company although their profit had declined in Q1FY17 and their current net order book stands at approx. USD352.5m.

What do you think the 2 big banks will do going forward? DYODD.

Agree, people can see it is essentially the same management as EZRA, once trust has gone very difficult.

Such assurance does not sound to hv any impact to the market. Price keeps falling.

Triyard is considered very good compared to Vallianz.   Vallianz lose half its value when trading halt lifted.   Triyards only lose about 20%.

Ezra sudden filing took creditors by surprise. Guess will take time to talk to and get letters of demand drafted. If you are creditor, will you not do the same ?

"Triyards stresses that at this stage, it is currently not aware of any actions taken by the financial institutions the group is involved with, as a result of Ezra?s filing for bankruptcy." Letters of demand to Ezra also didn't come very fast thus gave mkt the impression that they are manageable.

Probably you are not aware, 61% of Triyards shares are owned by Ezra. Ezra has collatralised their shares to the banks. How can Ezra affords to subscribe the rights if Triyards proposes rights issue? My take is that the banks may dispose the Triyards shares to private investor and Triyards will be privatised which is good for small retail investors because the instrinic value is about $0.80. Btw, free float is about 32% which is very small.

What happen if creditors demand immediate payment?   When will they do that?   Do they have enough cash to pay or not?   If not, is Triyards going to raise cash through right issue or new borrowing?     surprise
