TT will start to earn positively from next year!
BIG BOX has committed to deliver annual turnover of at least S$200 million by the fifth year of operation. 50% share means S$100million, ~10c/share
so, share proce should be how much, you know it.

RWS and BigBox no same. TTI and Genting also different.
TTI EPS is -$0.034. Losing money in the last 8-9 years and lost S$ 26 million in last FY.
Without bigBox cost in, the net asset per share of TTI is negative of around 3-4 cents.
TTI have about 1 billion share. How much more revenue to generate enough profit to have a positive EPS?
See their auditor KPMG say in SGX/NET on 16th July 2014.

If you rememberr, when Genting intl was also losing $ when do constructing RWS. That time genting stock ~S$0.8. after completion and earning, climping uo to S$2.3!

I think at least 9 more months to go.
In one SGX announcement, TTI Management say TOP of BigBox will be in August 2014. Company also say BigBox will be operational by Dec 2014.
But if based on photo taken on site on 27th July, the building is only half completed.
TTI should be a clarification announcement to SGX.

FearValueGreed, please read the fine print of each announcement. The shares are offered to the husband and wife by many scheme creditors
pursuant to their right of first refusal under the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company on 14 July 2014.
They may have no choice but to buy....
I still can not understand why would anyone pay $0.172 for a company which have EPS of -$0.0324 and negative NTA?
The husband and wife is buying up shares over last few months.

what I knew last time, OCBC try to force it to be disolve it to be closed.... it was a big issue of survival............
