Before the rights open or close, they will try to come out with some good news to attract investors to go for subscription, so as not to be undersubscribed.

Okay, those who want to vote against the rights issue better go and attend to vote.   I think board is somewhat out of their minds after failing in so many aquisitions spending unnecessary money to do the prospectus and so forth.   The rationale for this rights and warrant issues has always been used by so many companies.   At the end of the day money will be lost again.   Do you think that investors will be attracted to subscribe for the rights?   Don' t be surprised that it won' t get good support or only 50% subscribed.   Who is going to take the balance?

Why all the investment into China is gone with 0 return? The board need to answer these simple questions and propose a new vision. My take is that it will return to it's glory soon...

Qingdao Hospital is a talking point for 3 or 4 years. As far as we know, it only rented the hospital. What about the doctors? Equipment? Capital invested? Supporting Staff? So many questions to anstwer.
