Hi guys, Asking for your expertise. I bought the rights cum warrants for the Advanced System shares. I presume, It also comes together with the warrants. It& rsquo s making 20% profit now. Should I sell it away, as it& rsquo s seems like a hand in cash? kindly, advice.

So many offload today.
The Issue Price of S$0.005 for each Rights Share represents a discount
of:
(a) (b) approximately 73.7% to the closing price of S$0.019 per Share
for trades done on Catalist on 16 September 2024 (being the
last trading day where there were Shares traded immediately
preceding this announcement) (&ldquo
Last Traded Price&rdquo ) and
approximately 52.8% to the theoretical ex-rights price of
S$0.0106 per Share(1) (&ldquo TERP&rdquo ).
.Note:
(1) The TERP is the theoretical market price of each Share assuming the
completion of the Rights Cum Warrants Issue, computed based on the
Last Traded Price of S$0.019. For the avoidance of doubt, the TERP
computation does not include the Warrant Shares to be issued from the
exercise of the Warrants.
But there are about 160 mil excess rights shares not taken up, so for those who got some excess allocation, their excess allocation cost is only $0.005 and that comes with free warrants as well.
So eyes better open big big.
