Haha for sure if there are news on project they getting. The price will move up. And my opinion the TP will be 20cts. Up to them to do their homework Before betting your money. Lol.

This will leave behind real buyers and when announcements are out, holders will be rewarded. Am holding on to mine waiting for a mid term target of 20c.
