Jubilee is paying S$8.4 Million for EG with revenue of S$300 Million
WE Components only have $72 million revenue
So How much will Jubilee Pay for WE Components ?

WE holding paid S$14 Million to acquire 24.9% of Jubilee and then Jubilee paid S$8.4 Million to acquire 26% of EG Industries...and Of course Jubilee is going to pay an undisclosed sum to acquire WE susidiary Components...
" technically" Jubilee is not coughing out any $ for the acquisition...
As for resignation of executive directors...It is also changing of Mr Toh from Jubilee to WE...This is not in-fighting as though it was viewed...Mr Toh will still remain substantial controlling shareholding (From Jubilee and now to WE which will still control Jubilee...)
Good or bad news, you figure out yourself...

Earthquake still on at Jubilee... Executive Director is the latest one to resign... On the other hand, silent still at all front over at WE. These 2 halt together and so far only Jubilee is making noise. Just to highlight, WE bought over Jubilee shares from Serial System not too long ago... at a premium. Keeping an eye on this development, curiousity piqued!
Yes something big is brewing...Halt not release yet...

WE holding recently bought into Jubillee Industries with a share swop for substantial sharehlder of Jubilee Industries
Allotment and issue of 188,964,475 consideration shares to Mr. Toh Soon Huat, pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26 May 2014, in respect of the acquisition by WE Holdings Ltd. (the " Company" ) of 28,025,000 shares in the capital of Jubilee Industries Holdings Ltd that are beneficially owned by Mr. Toh Soon Huat.
Now both companies halted pending announcements...
