You are right but I don' t think the small shareholders are able to stop the Chairman as he might be holding more than 50% of the shares.

What I mean that there were Big buying on the same day but the price will not move much ...
The price for down every day !! You call it no movement ! Reaching 0.03 already from 0.04 a month ago

But comparing S-Chip share price with $0.0x and $1.xx, I think they will most likely avoid buying the stocks trading at $0.0x ....
Nevertheless, you are right that most investors will avoid S-chip unless something interesting happening
