Lian Beng became SSH yesterday Swee Hong started this June 14 with 9000 beds fully operational in 1st 2015. High profit margin business supported by BCA and URA. Dormitory business capital intensive. Centurion raised funds yesterday. Swee Hong needs more monies for the upcoming 9000 beds. Expect to see fund raising exercise or synergy with some related parties.
