Expect results to be announced on 11 May to be good because of . Anyway, SIA has had a good 12 month trailing result (TTM) in the last report and it has good earning quality as can be seen with TTM accrual free cash flow (AFC) ibeing negative.

SIA ENGINEERING COMPANY WINS BID TO INVEST IN ARPORT AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING (FUJIAN) CO., LTD
SINGAPORE, 10 March 2026 - Following the previous announcement on 12 November 2024 on the signing of a non-binding Framework Agreement with Xiamen Iport Group Co., Ltd. (&ldquo IPORT Group&rdquo ), SIA Engineering Company Limited (&ldquo SIAEC&rdquo ) wishes to update that it has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, SIAEC Global Private Limited (&ldquo SIAEC Global&rdquo ), successfully bidded for a 30% stake in the enlarged share capital of Arport Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (&ldquo Arport AME&rdquo ), a subsidiary of IPORT Group, at a subscription consideration of RMB129 million (the &ldquo Transaction&rdquo ). The bid was made via a public tender administered by Xiamen Equity Exchange Centre.
SIAEC Global intends to enter into agreements with the direct shareholders of Arport AME to effect the Transaction and form a joint venture (&ldquo JV&rdquo ). This maintenance, repair and overhaul JV will perform line maintenance and ground services at airports in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Wuyishan and Longyan, and base maintenance services at Xiamen airport.
The Transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets per share or the earnings per share of the SIAEC Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
None of the Directors and controlling shareholders of SIAEC has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Transaction, other than through their shareholdings (if any) in SIAEC. |
