Ltd. together with Shanghai LuJiaZui Zhi Mao Investment Co., Ltd and Shanghai Hong Bin Properties Co ., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Harbour City Development (Group) Co., Ltd (collectively, the &ldquo Parties&rdquo ) have paid the tender deposit of RMB176.6 million (&ldquo Deposit&rdquo ) for bidding of the land located at Lingang, Pudong New District, Shanghai (the &ldquo Land&rdquo ). The Parties are the sole bidder of the Land and will proceed to complete the necessary procedures for the acquisition of the Land. The Deposit was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material effect on earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2018. None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholder of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction, save for their shareholdings in the Company. The Company will update shareholders on any material development of Project Wintastar as and when appropriate.

Sold 64% left with 36%...this is very good result considering current situation

About 27.91% issued share is held by public...including han seng juan (2.12%)& ong phang hoo (2.12%)...think both got the placement at 28c..if i am not wrong....who are they..goggle....and u know why i like kop...lol.......

Today morning looks like a 10bid jump..

 

Investors are still wary of buying kop.. price remained the same for 1mth already.  Investors still prefer stocks with long track record..

At 0.089/0.090, likely the worst has been factored in? 2016 is near and will start ground breaking soon. Mkt went down but KOP still same same

Not vested yet. 

 

Weak price movement even with positive news.. No players both retail and bbs

han seng juan still holds 18mil shares @ high high price during rto. Probably treat as dim sum portfolio liao..

Might queue at tikam price and hold a small non headache no sleeping pills required position since there are updates to winterland.

 

Updates to winterland:

Kop signs framework agreemenr with 2 china leading developers.

Things are getting more concrete now. Finding the correct people to work with. However still a long way to go and share price still all time low. Dont think it can get any lower.. Normally the selling done by small retailors with big spread.
