I will buy if they traded the price nearer to the placement of 4.5 cents. Heheh.

as per the subject title :)
vested some at 0.098. will buy more if it really do drop in price after the private placement (probably into the 0.07 to 0.08 range). but must act fast or act early.
it is a good growth stock thus surely worth holding.
as to why place at 0.045 per share? does it want to show us that sunmoon really is worth 0.045 only? or just wanna get some desperate money from high net worth shareholders for expansion since 0.045 to them wont affect things much.

Three years ago 2014, it really gave hope when it consolidate 100 to 1 and started trading at 11 cents.
Three years later today, no value returned to shareholders.
Can' t imagine what is going to happen in the next 3 years.
Gary Loh has the gift of the gap, and many shareholders at AGMs were usually very fascinated by his talks. But no results from 3 years ago. This is disappointment.
Furthermore placing the shares prior to required consolidation as required by SGX (Sunmoon has requested for delay until after placement). at 4.5 cents with free warrants to the placees makes it more diluting of shareholders' equity/value.

With Alibaba (one of Jack Ma' s groups) coming into the Sunmoon picture, shareholders should have good fortune soon. Lol.
That is quite a possibility when the market analyse the acquisition and sale to different parties.
The shareholders will have to approve these on 16 June 2017. I think the future is bright for Sunmoon.
