Lee Doo Hee resigned as the Lead Independent Director of Spackman Entertainment Group Limited in December 2024. He resigned to pursue other personal interests.

Might as well delisted and take $ run road.

Interested party transaction again..
Would be a test for sgx regco given they reject the deal 2020.
Seems like a bailout for charles company listed in canada .
Round tripping passing smg from one related charles company to spackman and back to spackman equities..
Entire deal is fishy..

 

Interesting.. 51 units sold at 0.001. Looks fishy.. not even enough pay brokerage? privatization?
Tis one is governance of the worst kind.. its a shame dbs is ipo manager and sgx regco allows so many discrepancies.
Should be delisted and take board and directors to task for shareholders value destruction..
think their directors still serving in other boards to continue their run.. sigh

 

Some directors who resigned are still directors in listed conpanies in sgx.. be wary. Wonder how lenient are sgx ?

 

Not surpised that there are no further actions being taken against those respsonsible for doing IPT at highly inflated prices against NTA, EPS, etc.

This has helped those involved to benefit from the lack of regulatory actions..and took advantages of the minortiy shareholders inspite of highlights of such issues in the press, etc.
