Hey, you the one who made the claim. So it your responsibility to back it up. You stated very clearly it was against SGX regulations. That is your claim so own it. Hence, it is your responsibility to back it up.
If no rule exists then how am I meant to specify a section? But you the one claiming the regulation exists so prove it.
And this nothing to do with disagreeing. It about correcting misleading statement if indeed there is one. If your claim is correct well substantiate it. Do you have the courage? Hey, if I am wrong I happy to admit it, but if you unwilling or cannot substantiate your claims then (a) do not make them in first place, and (b) do not cry about it if someone calls you on it.

In the past, I have come acrossed a few people who constantly criticise Tjandra and question his capability and contributions. I was also quite disapointed with his personal saga with JL and not too pleased with the handling of the Investor Relations in terms of communications (ie lack of it).
However, after a few personal interactions with him, I find him to be a rather down-to-earth person who are genuinely trying very hard to do his best.
Most importantly, while some of the work is done in the background, outside of public eyes, everyone has an important role to play. I must say that he had done quite a good job in finding the lithium gem, partnering with Tawana to enhance the delivery capability, sealing the offtake with Burwill and finally bringing a better deal in getting Burwill onboard as SSH. Yes there will be some dilution to existing shareholders. But without all that had been done, AMAL would not be able to fly far.
Let' s cacth up with him during the upcoming AGM. Hope he can share more of his plans and strategies to grow the company beyond just Baldhill.

Don' t try to weakly associate AMAL with Blumon using the number of trading halts - trying to imply that AMAL will go down the same path as Blumont. You really think the folks investing in AMAL are so dumb? AMAL has real good stuff in the ground, proven beyond doubts through PFS/IQP/etc, have partners that can truly delivers, fully funded and is about to roll out the final products from the " factory" in 4 to 5 months. expect call from sgx...this is ano no afar as sgx is concern..for ceo/directors promoting/predicting the share price..
this ceo does not know this sgx practice????
