My opinion - what can and what chances are 1% shareholding do to change things ?? Longtist should not be too worry afterall, placement brings in SGD 5.6M, Shortist and contra players maybe the ones worrying ...if shares suspend or release halt...again is still my own opinion...
My Guess - Maybe the sell down 7% is shorting stunt ??
I maybe wrong if there is any under-current in the water that I dont see or know ?? It is interesting to know who is the buy up, which side is he on ?

Private Placement is normal but so many different people and unrelated parties coming for placement together, is un-usual...
I guess probably have something to do with this... Placement, announcement, halt, all timed properly, shortist will be " goreng" ...

SINCAP Group is placing out S$5.48 million new shares to expand its newly acquired coal trading and logistics business. The coal trading and gypsum mining company will sell 91.4 million new shares at six Singapore cents apiece, or 7.1 per cent above the stock' s last traded price on Nov 17 of 5.6 Singapore cents.
The placement shares represent about 23.28 per cent of the existing shares.

Yes, some kind of very smart computer playing afer I bought price drop and after I sold price up... some counters smarter, I see SELL Q say 0.015 and BUY Q 0.010 so there is gap and when I log in 0.011, automatically some lots Q at 0.012 so I remove, the Q 0.012 also auto remove and I tried Q 0.012 auto Q 0.013 infront of me.... STRANGE ? So beware
