dunno if this should be under sgx scope of regulating or not.. who' s gonna protect the investors if no one probe about fishy balance sheet.. they are supposed to be regulatory body, but i wonder what does the regulatory dept (if there is in 1st place) does besides having automated query on counters with abnormal volume or price movement..

Ya..think shareholders should accept the delisting offer of 23c if the boss put up again...and tell him go back hk..lol

Even this stock is undervalued but it is a inactive counter where its daily trading volume is very low. So it will be difficult to trade this counter.

Kingboard profit up 175%...to hk$22m...cash on hand hk$ 1329m.....debt almost zero...mgt play tough after shareholders refuse to sell assets and take over offer at 23c......i just wanna how to remove the "boswee" mgt.team....
Bought back some....ubs sold down during blackout period....lol

Thanks...ya i am aware pope sold.250 lots at 17.4c in nov 2014 ....but what interest my broker the increase trading activitiy.....just tikam tikam...
