Do not confuse enlarged shares with consolidation of shares. Consolidation of shares, your no. of shares shrink. 4% of enlarged means they going to issue (a truckload) more shares to 3rd parties, your number of shares in the company remains the same.

If existing shareholders just get 4% of enlarged shares, I think they will vote no and just let the company sink into the deep abyss! 4% is just as good as nothing!

Could the White Knight be POSH? They have lot of money with Kuok bank behind Gerald.
It may not be unfortunate for the white knight if it can made both equity and debt holders take significant haircut such that net tanigble asset are positive and then buyover over at a fraction of it.
Even scrap metal has some value and if you can buy them at 30% of their value, it is still a good and possible deal. Ofc, this means no hurray for existing equity and debtor holders. So a white knight may not neceesary mean they are saved. More likely they are going to be slaughtered by the white knight instead.
Are the mgmt still getting like their original pay packages since the Chapter 11 filing?
