If ESR unitholders successfully reject the merger I think their share will fall now that is known the assets are old light industry type and high risk due to Hyflux high contribution in their total income.
Is like Everton merging with Arsenal, sure got some die hard everton fans dun agree and some die hard Arsenal fans dun agree one... hopefully in the end MOST will agree to merge
