King Wan Corporation wins S$36.5 Million Worth of New M& E contracts
SINGAPORE, 6 November 2025: King Wan Corporation Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together
with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) (庆 源 企 业 ) is pleased to announce that it has secured the following new mechanical and electrical (&ldquo M& E&rdquo ) contracts worth approximately S$36.5 million during the period between July to September 2025.
Pursuant to the contracts, these projects are scheduled to be completed between 2026 and 2028.
These contracts are not expected to have any significant impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
