This stock is just pump and dump game , just don?t be caught last one holding.

If you are looking at more stable counter which is undervalued,
Have a look at LHN. ($0.109) It?s undervalued now and let?s all make some together. I have been recommending as this is potential easy money 💰

- NAV $0.25
- recent founder / insider buying back shares
- IPO price $0.23
- True trading range is $0.14 to $0.18 as of now.
(However due to Low liquidity)
- cannot go much further as no sellers at current price
- possible delist at $0.15 to $0.175 offer but would likely be rejected by most shareholders.
- dividend paying company
- diversified businesses

Good luck.
Do Google them up.

got 6 million queing to buy, must be our dear friend.    He don' t seem interested in buying at 1.4 cents, all his recent purchases in huge parcels are at 1.3 cents just for your info.
I think you come back two years later, will still be same price.  unless there is a story.

Noticed the purchases, didn' t mention selling.    Wonder if he trades on same day, supposing he buys 20 million shares and sells 15 million shares, can he just submit to SGX the net figure of 5 million bought?  Anyone knows.

Noone bothers now, but our dear friend is still buying.  He should have made about 780,000 by now if price is maintained at 0.013.  I see two possibilities, one he has a plan which is not known, to exploit the company' s potential.  Two, he' s bluffing, waiting for retailers to chalk up the price and he will let go, as he did before on 6 June 2013.    Supposing his plan is to bluff, if price keeps falling, he makes less.  But still make.    This stock is not so popular except for him buying up 356,267,200 shares over a period of 3 years mostly, after he sold down to 2.3% in 2013.
So if he' s bluffing, don' t buy at all, as he will sell down.  His breakeven should be close to 0.01.
If there' s a plan, really curious to know what it is.

Maybe not just enbloc, otherwise why want to keep it listed?

TigTig      ( Date: 16-Nov-2017 20:11) Posted:

Yeah, more important is whether the en bloc will be successful if that' s the reason the predator went after this stock.

Notwithstanding that the aforementioned Directors concur with the IFA&rsquo s opinion and their recommendation to Shareholders to accept the Offer, these Directors do not intend to accept the Offer on the basis that the Non-Executive Director, Mdm. Choo Tung Kheng and the Executive Directors, who are the co-founders and/or senior management of the Group, have plans in place to strengthen its customer base and expand its market coverage through, amongst others, organic growth, acquisitions and/or joint ventures with relevant parties.

frankly, I am really at a loss why that rich man wants to rape a rag and bone outfit.    As if he' s not rich enough.  If the entry level is at half a cent, he' s already made more than double returns.    But all that trouble, and it' s not as if he' s poor like us.

There maybe plans. Otherwise why would kwm bother to buy and still keep the firm listed. If the idea is to reap the gains in the enbloc then wouldn&rsquo t he make an offer to privatise? Any thoughts?

Also, there are many cos with NAV double that of price, so it' s not a big deal, unless you tear the company down and distribute dividends after selling off all assets.    They also need to find a place after vacating Jln Besar Plaza, and prices are not low.

To be able assess, the vital info is on how big the units are.  I read that the en bloc would yield 2,200 per sf, thereabouts.  Assuming the 3 units are 1,600 sf, that' s $10.5 million.  The cost in the balance sheet is $2.8million?    Net gain 7.7 mil.    O/s shares 1.6 billion, giving additional NAV of 0.5 cents.  Current BV is 1.13 cents, with the added nav from the en bloc, that' s 1.6 cents which is the current price.      The assumption is 1,600 sf per unit, and there are 3 unit indicated in their annual report.    If the size is bigger, there' s more meat.  Otherwise, it' s already fully valued.
Only do very rough estimate, probably many errors, but before buying, one should at least go through some numbers.    Price moves up and down largely on sentiment, so unless there is reason, it' s no go.
