i expect price to be driven down initially but again I reiterate my position to hold this long regardless of the float.
less float can also mean those holding on from early time will benefit the most, but of course question is whether one can hold.

Accordingly to Circular, the shareholding is like this after RTO completion
Pre-RTO also carry risks of withdrawal and delisting like MMP. Note the post-consolidated issuance of 157,725,296 consideration shares to vendors at 0.525 and to sponsor Zico of 2,360,000 allotment at 0.525. Recent so called " post-covid placements" seems generally well received by the market (both private and to a lesser extend with retailers)
As for Citicode the sharebase was 41.3b, a huge base with limited maneuvering adjustment capacity for placements. Even after 500:1 enlarged base is 82.6m excluding placements. Am not sure of Livingstone propectus but at the end of the day post-RTO companies still need to show their fundamental mettle.

the 16m placement could be a good thing. arti share price ran up way above the placement price prior to the announcement of the recent placement shares to ching. i observed other stocks also behaved the same way prior to placement announcement. maybe there will upside move before the announcement.

I have seen shares laosai 30% in min, I also seen price stagnant despite good newssss, so the volatility means nothing to me. It's all about the position one takes.

true already seeing alot low balls. 7 more days to RTO completion on 18th Feb.

I bought $Artivision Tech(5NK.SI) on 8 Feb 2021 (Monday).
10 Feb (today) is last date for trading pre-consolidation price.
11 feb (tomorrow) Effective Trading date (commencement of trading of shares on Post-Consolidation Basis on SGX)
15th Feb (Mon) Record Day
16 Feb (Tue) Effective Date (Proposed Share Consolidation becomes effective)
My question is can I sell my 500,000 become 10,000, so can I sell 10,000 shares tomorrow on 11 Feb?? |
