This one still worth $0.022 cash. Not much upside but you never know with the rotations.
Even Winas which is worth only $0.01 after the payouts is bulldoze to $0.036.

if you look at Dr Chan and Mr Loh the 2 non executive director and non independent, from sgxwebsite 26/11/2018 during their appointment seems that they had association with Pantai.
Maybe we should spend sometime studying into IHH and Parkway as well

Looking at SGX website on 25 Feb 2019 , 3 new independent director were appointed while three previous independent director resign.  Reasons given plz refer to SGX website.
also noticed that on 26 Nov 2018 ,2 non executive and non independent director were appointed.  Take a look where they are coming from (previous and present appointments)
Maybe from above we can guess the direction they are moving forward.  dyodd.

It is 1.7 cents now and going to 1.8 cents soon. The share price will shoot beyond 2 cents if there is RTO. The current nav is about 2.22 cents. I think the share price will hit at least 2 cents if no RTO because we will get back about 2 cents if they decide to delist.

Why The dropped?
Possible. But if they were to drag for a year to finalise everything, then some management cost will still be involved and it' s at their discretion. We have no control of their spending so long as it' s within 10% of the last 5% retained value ($32mil) if based on circular?
I am also thinking that some investors do not know where this 0.0238 is coming from and may mistaken it for dividends, i.e profit sharing?

Is this the reason why there were buying even at 4.2 cents?
Me too! Why return the money that is suppose to use for assets injection?
Are they hinting they will delist the trust? If so, bulk of the nav of 4.6 cents as at 31st Jan 19
will likely to be intact.

Thanks pkli899.
I wonder why they decided to return 60% (0.0238) of the retained amount to unitholders so soon?
