PL and his son have extremely close relationship with the johore sultan and his eldest son, The project to build the Johor royal family&rsquo s new private residence in Desaru &mdash a 27-hectare waterfront estate &mdash has been awarded to RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (RSP). RSP is owned by Peter Lim (through his investment vehicle) and its chairman is his son Kiat Lim.

Coming down to your range soon around 12 cents buy range.....must have lots of patience and strong-will power in order to profit from this Rowsley. Lots of minnows who chased/bought higher prices are sweating blood now and panic selling, that's maybe a good time to tikam soon.

Can recall a few years the hype on Iskander projects and RSP Architects..Rowslwy soared to high of 67cts also with bonus warrants..was luck to get out then and even some sold at 38cts after the ex...after that it was downhill all the way..despite so called Sultan of Johore also has Rowsley or rights to convert at 15cts to Rowsley shares..Best to avoid Peter Lim' s shares..more to push up to lure investors in just my opinion only |
