Notwithstanding the above, the Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 November 2017, written in to ACRA requesting ACRA to re-consider the Company&rsquo s application for the February AGM Extension. The Board will keep Shareholders updated on the outcome of the said application.
There' s a court hearing yesterday. wondering what' s the outcome.
The Court has directed that the Applications will be heard on 21 November 2017 (Tuesday) at 10.00am (&ldquo Court Hearing&rdquo ).
