The share placement at SGD0.35 has lapsed. This was made at a much higher price to the prevailing market price. Disgusting. Should SGX not look into this matter? Who are the Independent Directors and Executive Directors?
Darco results are going from bad to horrible - losses tripled. Are they still paying the Directors fees??
If cannot trade Hyflux - how do we look at this counter as a proxy?
then consolidate for what?
