end of the day, it the the mgt .ie the ppl manage the business...past action is the best relflection of the mgt   mind and values....
look for hidden gem that has value we admire that is align to shareholder interest based on the fact and action taken by the hidden gem....

 

Their action in 2017 only tells investors that they are simply not interested in enhancing the shareholders' value.
Instead they are interested in increasing their own wealth...better stay far far away or else they will suck you dry....

 

Thats true. management team is the most important followed by the business itself. First test fail. The rest don never need to see.

SIAS???? One of the factors which supported my decision to invest in Eratat Lifestyle some years ago was because SIAS gave
them a Transparent Company award. That should stand for something, right? Wrong .
A short time after I invested, it was reported that the company' s money in its bank account in China disappeared.
Needless to say, that is the end of the company. Till now, nobody has been prosecuted, laughable.

Ask SIAS to fight for Aztech minority shareholders!

Mr. Mun is not ethical in pursueing this buy out where there are other ways to pop up the share price. I hope that this delisting effor fail and once the dust settle, the minority shareholder should propose a shareholder resolution to align Mr. Mun' s annual remuneration package with his performance (he has been enjoying too much with his fat pay for too long). He needs to start working hard to restore company profitability. I am trying to gather at least 100 minority shareholders for such an possible action.
